Your coach will help you acknowledge your strengths, skills and resources; and, will help you examine strategies for dealing with blocks to your progress and development.
Although the coaching sessions are very important, what is even more important is the work you do between sessions to achieve your coaching goals. With this in mind, management coaching sessions may occur 2-5 weekly initially; and then stretch to 4-6 weekly. A typical episode of coaching may involve 5-6 sessions over as many months.
